Margaret “Karen” Northrop, 74, Clermont, Indiana.  Our beloved Karen passed away on March 20, 2017. Karen is survived by her husband Larry Northrop; daughter, Kim Gillman; step-sons, Mark and Mike Northrop; 8 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.

Karen enjoyed traveling (on land and sea); attend live Pacer games, concerts (from classical to country and rock), and live stage plays. She also enjoyed fishing at local ponds, large lakes, and the Gulf Coast of Florida.  But most of all she loved spending time with friends, family, and her grandchildren, plus one “adopted” grandson.

Karen was a dedicated, loving, and caring mother and wife. She embraced life with gusto and made those around her feel better about themselves.

Her celebration of life will be Saturday, April 1, 2017, at 2:00 pm at the Eagle Valley Church of Christ, 8465 Crawfordsville Road, Clermont.  Gathering of friends and family will follow in the church basement.
